My problem with Gorsuch on Bostock is there is no way Congress legislated those protections. Gorsuch did. If he wants to pass legislation, he should run for Congress. Ah hell, who am I kidding. Nobody really cares about separation of powers anymore.

Inaccurate. Typical cowardly non-analytical thinking. Comparing one with the other on quite different points is not valid logic. Gorsuch (like Roberts with BOCare) played Legislative Branch & not Judicial Branch. Cowtowed to the Left. NOT following Constitution as he promised.

Actually, I agree with Gorsuch’s result, but I disagree with how he got there. Alito was right. They were legislating in the absence of Congress doing their job. The more they let Congress punt controversial measures to them, the more contentious SCOTUS nominations will become.

And thus the supreme court continues to be a super-legislature. That is bad for the nation.
