    So this is pretty extraordinary. , an account dedicated to combating anti-Semitism, gets into a disagreement with Unite General Secretary Len McCluskey. McCluskey urges people to report the account, which is then censured for having a "hateful" profile picture.

    On what planet does "I disagree with a judge sometimes" = "that judge is literally excrement"? Wouldn't any decent person be embarrassed to be associated with that view? Isn't it instantly discrediting? So many questions.

    11. I do think state officials should be careful about announcing potentially unconstitutional motives so flippantly. Prior to twitter, it was often difficult to get such explicit evidence of unconstitutional motive in 1st A cases. (End)
