It's also frustrating how they never seem to give citation to docket number or the name of the suit, just discuss the opinion in the abstract. It makes it really hard to find the actual text of the opinion later on when you only remember the news stories and not the citation.

Totally agree, but while we're at it can we also just discuss making PACER free and accessible to all? In reality, news orgs aren't "linking" to the filings; they're downloading them and posting the files on their own servers.
