    The MarineLand Animal Care employee that inadvertently revealed cruelty to bear cubs has yet to be fired. The media interest around her subsequent firing would create headlines - their Lawyer scrambling to keep information quiet. We will subpoena her as witness in our litigation.

    This isn’t the first time MarineLand’s been caught feeding baby cubs to larger male bears. A complaint was made back in 2012 by a former employee. Animal cruelty charges + orders by OSPCA to put bears on birth control and fix enclosures would follow -

    Fact: I spoke with months ago updating them on my lawsuit vs MarineLand and the condition of Smooshi the walrus. Once MarineLand got wind they threatened with a lawsuit if they published revelations. Vice promptly killed the story, never to revisit.
