What’s the difference between a white woman looking at porn and coming to the conclusion that she wants to surgically modify her/her daughter’s genitalia and an African woman who wants to modify hers/her daughter’s as a symbol of ancestral values? Why is the first example legal?

It is not legal to do plastic surgery on your female child’s genitalia. Nope. Not allowed.

If its not then we should ban plastic surgery completely for all irrespective of gender, religion ,caste, creed, socio economic standings.

Non-therapeutic surgery is already not allowed in medicine with the exception of male circ. For consenting adults, however, cosmetic surgery is allowed.

Why male circumcision is an exception did males come down from the heavens directly. If male circumcision is allowed the female circumcision should also be allowed which is a very minor procedure compared to male circumcisions with no harm and trauma.

I think male circumcision is an unnecessary and unethical surgery if it is done on a minor. Genitals were designed by evolution and God and humans cannot improve on them. Of course I am also against any genital cutting/surgery on underage girls as well.
