Answers like this are unlikely to satisfy the left which will inevitably—and correctly—argue that there’s no reason why she cannot fight those entrenched interests on multiple fronts. This response highlights what I think is Warren’s greatest vulnerability: unnecessary timidity

As a Senator from Raytheon’s home state, Warren isn’t incorrect in her implication that it will be safer to take on defense contractors after campaign finance reform. But because campaign finance reform will require a new SCOTUS, it‘s a really a cop out.
