    With the announced changes and rise in Covid alert level in Wales, employers will have to revisit their risk assessments and do everything they can to enable staff to work from home. They cannot attempt to force staff back to unsafe workplaces. (4/5)

    Fining workers who don't comply with work from home regulations is not the smartest way to keep our NHS protected and omicron cases low in Wales. As before, it's employers who should be the focus, not low paid workers. More on the reaction from unions in Wales below.👇
