    Now I’ve seen the inside of these facilities. It’s not just the kids. It’s everyone. People drinking out of toilets, officers laughing in front of members Congress. I brought it up to their superiors. They said “officers are under stress & act out sometimes.” No accountability.

    Chris, I think they're concentration camps. Keep in mind that one of their functions *by design* is to punish those individuals and families who are detained. So even the "charged" term is appropriate.

    To be clear - this has nothing to do with identifying systemic biases in data or behaviors in the justice system. All it does is strip out race and name identifiers from written reports using named entity recognition. There is no significant systemic “bias mitigation” happening.
