I was just replying to your Spinoza post: Deleuze's Spinoza: Practical Ethics is very interesting and surpringly comprehensible, though I've been told his reading of Spinoza is "shallow"
Beyond that Spinoza's Ethics itself is a good place to start. The ideas are dense, but, as Deleuze notes, Spinoza has a knack for appealing to both philosophers and philosophasters (like myself)
