Source? In England many children suffer malnutrition because their parents feed them nothing but breaded chicken-dippers, microwave meals and ketchup. I'd say poor socialisation and stupidity, not veganism, causes this more often
Malnutrition obviously doesn't just go one way. That being said, I heard it directly on the local news, doubt I could find an english article.
The closest and most recent article I could find on this is a BBC article from 2016 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-37034619 … Only four cases were counted in 18 months with veganism being the cause. How many, I wonder died from non-vegan related malnutrition which isn't recorded as such?
Four is a very small figure when we consider the stupidity and incompetence of the average parent. I would be interested in seeing the statistics of malnourished children whose parents are "meat eaters" if we were to consider that demarcation statistically relevant
