in relation: - the Equality Act of 2010; positive action which means employers can discriminate against white applicants (irrespective of schooling) and favour applicants of other races (irrespective of schooling)
- the intentional multiculturalism policies of New Labour which have created isolated communities in poorer areas who rarely interact, save for the occasional hate crime
