Just ask for propoanolol, which isn't strong, addictive or long-term. Or (better) just face the anxiety of life without a crutch. Don't lie to the doctor. They're incentivised to get you hooked on medication you don't need

i dont wanna lie, i just dont want to use phrasing that makes me look like im an addict or something and get no help at all tackling the anxiety is tough when i only get on a plane once a year or so, and only for an hour this is gonna be much longer flight
