Communal forms of anarchy, which depend on mutual dependence, ironically require a fairly homogenous culture; one that can agree on general principles, and this would require extremely tight border control

Or in one region, like the oft cited Spanish example. Not too popular an idea amongst anarchists now, though. The last time I saw any anarchists they were holding "refugees welcome" signs and protesting Brexit
