I've spread my reading too thin - I know absolutely nothing about absolutely everything

i'd recommend, if it's a real problem for you, you just pick a BALLER ASS author and just read every word. nietzsche melville shakespeare carl gustav jung (heavily recommended) are great for this stuff. wordsworth, or kant
-
Thanks. I've read all but Jung, but chances are I'll read whatever Nietzche I haven't read already once I'm finished with German Idealists
-
honestly jung is a fucking massive trip, far above all the other authors I mentioned and I dont say that lightly. i read even his hundreds of letters. they are so good. oh my god. he could have possibly the most capable imagination of all time it will change your life

you are welcome, good look funding al-farabi in english it's not so easy sometimes kants little book on religion is delightful and changed my mental paradigms a lot, on conceptualizing evil and good and free will, tho if you read augustine it's nothing new.
