Only if you configure the left-right axis as destroying vs preserving tradition. Most criticisms of capitalism are based on its inegalitarianism and are basically leftist, rightist defense of capital sees it as simply what emerges from property rights, free trade, contracts etc

Correct. But any rightist who still thinks capital is still just a natural, bottom-up free association of individuals which will have no bearing on tradition (or to be less grandiose, simple social cohesion) is not thinking
