Is there a tension between DEC/primitivism and white nationalism, given Europeans have been modernised/domesticated for so long, and also that the latter seems to imply disappearance of borders?

No need to be so flip about it, I could have said DEC and identitarianism and left 'nation' out, I ask because they obviously appeal to overlapping groups of people
