So apparently your voice can be copyright claimed on YouTube. I was testing my mic filters on a private stream and after I was done it got claimed by CD Baby.

Thanks for flagging this. It looks like the match system really blew it on this one. We're going to figure out what went wrong and fix it. CD Baby dropped the claim as soon as they saw the dispute, so at least that part of the process worked.

You have bots and people claiming evry little thing and harming creators while the false claimers get no punishment. If someone or a company were to claim a bunch of videos and the claims are false they should get some sort of at least temporary ban on using it. Itll lower abuse.

Do a 3 strike rule. After 3 false claims with no actual action they lose the privlidge for a bit. After that if they keep abusing it the ban gets longer . That way if companies want to make a claim they actually need to have a reason stronger than that they were on a power trip

Good idea, though in this case it wasn't the claimants fault

Just in general. This way accidents can still be made without ruining either party . And those who overly abuse the system get something to limit their power at least. Itd be a start even if a placeholder system. Also have a human get involved at some point
