It’s an American company if I’m not mistaken, it’s an American based podcast that talk about politics on the occasion, it’s still news. They have no right to infringe upon these rights to keep it to their liking of politics, and news.

If it's in the law then it means something, doesn't matter if it's a private company, they are based in USA.

They have the right to say what they want, but if YouTube deems that as breaking their ToS then they have the freedom to remove them. Even if you don't agree with it, that's how it works.

Exactly. By their logic, every website which censors curse words would be violating the constitution.

Mhmm. I hate that FoS argument so fucking much because it's a scapegoat for idiots to use when they have no idea how things work.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGEsN1v9cZA … You guys should watch this video, freedom of speech is important and it does affect youtube and other social media sites. Alex Jones is lunatic, but he has right to be listened to.

Look, you literally don't know what freedom of speech covers, obviously, so you should really brush up on that first before you try and convince people of anything else.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

That is the entire 1st amendment. Literally all it protects is the government from infringing on your freedom of speech. If you're a member of a private corporation's web site, you HAVE TO follow their terms, your rights ARE NOT guaranteed in this context.
