If it's in the law then it means something, doesn't matter if it's a private company, they are based in USA.

They have the right to say what they want, but if YouTube deems that as breaking their ToS then they have the freedom to remove them. Even if you don't agree with it, that's how it works.

Exactly. By their logic, every website which censors curse words would be violating the constitution.
