I did not notice that when I sign in to gmail using Chrome, I'm actually signed in to the browser as well. It used to be two different things, wasn't it? When did it change?

I noticed this week - user logged into gmail and pulled up YouTube. He WAS a paid gsuite biz customer. No longer is. It’s almost like google knows subscription revenue is peanuts compared to the value of the data they are able to harvest this way...

Je vais le faire, mais la mise à jour du whitepaper est assez explicite. Au passage, ça renforce ma théorie selon laquelle Google va bloquer les cookies tiers dans Chrome: ils ne leur servent plus à rien et ça donnerait un sacré coup à la concurrence.
