    With the new Mac OS X El Capitan, Cocoa Emacs load time went from over 2 seconds to 200 milliseconds, which is more like terminal Emacs.

    Spin-up time for Scala applications on Heroku is not exactly fast: tens of seconds (after free app being idle for 1h). Not usable.
