We can ignore the fact that Democrats want to once again change the rules when they are in charge. But nation wide injunction by district judges should be unconstitutional as it gives the judical branch way more power then expected. Conservatives would agree to this

I'm of two minds about this issue. On one hand, it has district judges exercising authority outside of their jurisdiction. On the other, if a law or policy is illegal, then it's illegal everywhere, not just in one district.

Please use this exact same reasoning to explain to the Democrats how dumb the idea of court packing is.

Gorsuch has a bad name because of how his nomination was handled. As a Justice he is far more likely to limit executive overreach and abuse of power than Merrick Garland would have been. He is also far far better for individual freedom.

I’ve never understood how a single district court judge can impose a nationwide injunction, even ones I’ve agreed with policy-wise. Wouldn’t the plaintiff theoretically need standing in every state? Asking for a friend.

Or, in other words, support a Gorsuch opinion that backs a rigged system because the system's rigged.
