My prefered healthcare program: 1) Expand Medicare (but not all Medicare-for-all). 2) Expand Medicaid. 3) Expand Obamacare subsidies (possibly means-tested). 4) Restore, strengthen, and enforce the individual mandate. 5) Strengthen and enforce the employer mandate.

Why do any of that. Just raise then current 1.45% Medicare Payroll Tax to 9% and cover everyone from cradle to grave with full coverage that has no premiums, no deductibles, and almost no copays.
