The most powerful memory would be of the smell. The smell of the alcohol.
-
Nope. It's always their actions, their behavior.
-
It could be both easily. A smell can reactivity a vivid memory for me of a happening, as well as an action can throw me back into a memory as well.

Doing what? She doesn't say they raped her. They just pushed her down and made fun of her. There's is no clarity in these accusations!

Worst statement I have ever heard. So ridiculously rehearsed and out of a textbook or case file.

I find this remark quite odd. Is she mad? Bitter? And her expression changed.
-
Why do you find it odd? Have you ever been traumatized? Sexually assaulted? There are so many little details that one's brain latches onto during an assault -- the laughter of one's assaulters being an example of one such detail. Why shouldn't she be both mad & bitter?

Everyone is different , to her the most vivid memory was uproarious laughs. To some one else might some thing different . I can’t believe many are doubting her.

Her most vivid memory is something completely unverifiable. He should have asked “what is the most vivid verifiable memory you have of the incident.”
