Sometimes I think publications like this create taboos. Is this really taboo? I bet the vast majority look at a woman with grey hair and never thought about it for a second.

I cheered when I found my first grey hair! Figured that 8yrs into a career (in male-dominated niche field) people might finally start taking me seriously. Sadly, it took more years & more peer-reviewed publications before I got cred.
