    Read the book. Democrats have pushed rank choice voting in Maine and other states. Read about McConnell. Look at the Republicans elected to the House and Senate. Look at the nutcases who are LtGov and AG in Texas. And thanks for funding !

    Not to mention , which would prevent candidates from losing the popular vote but winning the election in the Electoral College. After 2000 and 2016, you'd think Dems would get behind this common sense solution...

    I believe the causes of polarization are more symmetric than you do. I would tell you that the Dems are just as opposed to reforms like rank choice voting that could upset the power base as republicans are. If you did your homework you would see that I fund

    Not to mention, unless this case somehow produces the evidentiary equivalent of a nuclear bomb (and maybe even then), it's hard to imagine entering a decision that 'flips the result' of the election at this point.

    And it seems even more doubtful that any court would invalidate all 600,000-plus mail-in ballots in PA. To do so would violate the constitutional rights of voters who followed PA law by casting votes by mail during a pandemic.

    It seems doubtful, to say the least, that Trump will present sufficient (or any) evidence to invalidate enough mail-in ballots to change the outcome. One week after the , we have yet to see any evidence at all that would support the allegations in the complaint.

    This 100-page complaint has a kitchen-sink quality to it, but the gist seems to be that is hoping to replicate Bush v. Gore by alleging that mail-in votes were counted using different, less-rigorous standards than in-person votes.

    Can't argue with this but isn't going anywhere until the American people demand it. Their mission is to ensure Republicans and Democrats face no competition and never answer for it. Presidential debates worked better when women called the shots

    Republicans didn't help get on Ohio's ballot in 2004, and there was no allegation that they did. The case you cite proves instead that Democrats unconstitutionally removed him from the ballot that year. Care to issue a correction? 2/2
