A great chat on the phone with my friend & courageous US Congressman @chiproytx tonight. Intended to just leave him a short VM. But he answered. Which gave me the chance to encourage and affirm him for the great work he’s doing in DC. Keep it up, Chip. You’re making Texas proud.
