    There’s circa 400 bills sitting in your office that can’t “wait” either.

    Laid-off workers cannot wait. Struggling Main Street businesses cannot wait. Our hospitals and health centers cannot wait. This crisis is moving fast. The Senate is here, we are working, and we need to deliver.

    Regarding Bernie, how can a “Conscientious Objector” to the Vietnam war be POTUS? Separately, Bernie was Chair of the VA for three years. The VA is an abject failure. The Burn has been in Congress for 30 yrs. Why is he waiting until now to call out Big-Pharma as crooks?!?

    Does the bill cover the Speakers dentures should she spit them out on the Presidents desk while blaming him for the C-virus?

    The bill that the House passed last night only guarantees paid coronavirus sick leave to ~20 percent of American workers. I repeat: Most workers still aren't guaranteed paid sick leave.

    To all the Texans that gave “do nothing John” another six years, read, study and become informed voters. I am convinced that 95 plus percent of Cornyn’s primary voters, voted solely b/c of name recognition only. BTW: Seat won’t turn blue- candidate too weak!

    Yet more misleading and deceitful information from Big John. Fact: The President declared a National Emergency which will trigger “emergency money” per the Governors request, within reason. Cornyn had NOTHING to do w/ TX receiving “emergency money.” Pathetic!

    Senator Cornyn helped secure $35 million to ensure Texas is well prepared to combat . We are committed to making whole the communities who have helped respond to this terrible sickness.
