Was just at Turk and Hyde in San Francisco. Another overdose. EMT's on scene. If we as San Franciscans are not OK with this, what are we prepared to do to stop the Fentanyl pouring onto our streets?

drug dealers don’t exist without drug users. Same as any tangible good. We are hyper focused on the dealer while always victimizing the user. Why don’t we hold both the deal and user accountable for their respective choices. Instead of a free pass for the drug user.

I think free passes are equally dolled out to both user and dealer. The problem is the user has little choice as he or she is addicted. The dealer on the other hand makes a conscious decision to sell drugs. From the time they enter the states they know what they'll be doing.

I find it condescending when people tell others they have “little choice” and can’t help themselves. No matter what the scenario. if someone told me “you can’t help but do drugs” I’d disagree. Even at the height of drug use. We always have a choice. Yes or no.
