One of the most inspiring and competent individuals I’ve had the joy of working with in WRC. Great to see Jost Capito getting another crack at F1.

This killer beast has been tormenting us for the last few days. It’s the biggest wasp I’ve ever seen! When it breaks cover you can hear it buzzing from the other side of the house!

The is and always will be a clubman event. Yet the inclusion of the Irish tarmac championship and then BRC have only improved it. The event lost none of its character. Only change is it gets more spectators and media coverage. That's a good thing.

Thoughts on the calendar 1. Grateful we have one - few months ago it all looked very doubtful. 2. The mix of rallies is good 3. Events not forced to accept the BRC - must be strong sporting/commercial reasons for them to say yes! 4. Moan a little less/support a lot more

Great article from We need some radical ideas to get the season going... Sweden already cancelled and if Monte follows we could face the prospect of no WRC events until April / May...

Such a shame, has one the best organising teams in the world. After last year’s problems, this is a massive blow but fingers crossed, one they can recover from

It’s an interesting possibility - but I get the feeling this could be more to do with strengthening a negotiating position than a realistic possibility. Still, any talk of is good talk for me! 😀
