gamers please stop yelling at me this isn't a real tweet, cheaters will never be stopped and Tencent already has all of our personal information

actual take: intrusive anticheat bordering on malware is quite bad. fighting cheaters in online video games is extremely hard. finding a middle ground between the two while still being effective and not pissing off consumers is almost impossible

is there a security person that can confirm Vanguard (Riot) is more intrusive than Warden (Blizzard), Easy Anti Cheat (Epic), VAC (Valve), ESEA, or FaceIt? is Vanguard the only one to always run on your PC? What is the difference between them all?

Dude this anti-cheat discussion shows how fucking gullible the average person is. Look at how many people blindly circle-jerk muh bootkit just because you use ELAM, thank fuck i don't work with customers on such a scale.
