Check out our paper on edit-run cycles in programming and debugging! Developers execute code often: every 3 minutes, on average, when programming and 1 minute when debugging. 7 times before fixing a defect and twice before introducing a defect.

I'm a big fan of immersive learning— Imagine being able to learn to do surgery in VR 🤩 At , , & Dr J Lee show that by "naturally walking" in VR (vs using a joystick), students learned a CS sorting concept faster & better 👏🏻

A big thanks to all attendees for the session where presented! Great question about computational thinking and AI related to learning goals. By comparing training models, children engaged in Pattern Recognition + Abstraction, core CT principles 🤓

8/ It helps if children can quickly inspect the data in an accessible modality e.g., having images for sighted children. Children can then experiment by composing examples that break their own or others’ models.
