ouch. I totally agree about processes being more important than AI, but enterprise AI is very new. Same could have been said about cloud ...

when it just started, but we can probably agree that SaaS was extremely transformational in enterprise software. I think AI needs some time

Also, enterprise AI is harder in many ways. Data is not owned, cannot be shared, less research collaboration in general, different processes

A farmer in Indonesia and a VC in the valley use Facebook in a very similar fashion. Two companies do not use Salesforce in the same way
