They are not sanctions. To use the proposed terminology it is a special operation targeted at liberating Russian economy.

There are no sanctions for western companies to continue business in Russia.
What Russians do not understand is the companies listen to their domestic customers and those say: stop the war and especially do not fund it.
So it is self-sanctioning.
