The issue is incentives Incentives are for choosing flavors Motivations are for choosing a path Improve the tools for people who already want to create Stop trying to convince people who don't want to do it to join up

Wise words. Niche communities already exist. So you need to start with those who have the will & need, then I think it will evolve beyond the initial group Though I think we can use new platforms to better incentivise the stuff we already have the motivation to do
