You don’t *have* to keep existing. But I invite you to join us. Around the world, over the centuries, there has been a delightful network of kind nerds who have sought out each other, through books & music & art - & we have held each other. We hold the whole planet.
Your first task is to heal yourself. Find others who can help you. You may find them in books, you may find them in songs. But find them. Those who came before us left us clues and messages - in libraries, in paintings, in everything. Feel their embrace. Be nourished, be healed.
One day you will wake up and you will smile, realising that the worst of it is over. The storm in your soul will subside, even if only for a little while. In those moments of clarity you can get to building a life that *you* choose. It won’t be perfect but it will be beautiful.
And once you can get your head above water, once you’ve learned to take care of yourself - you can join me in *my* task. You can help me find and support the other kids. And together we can take steps to make it better for the next generation of untamed kids with reckless hearts.
