I spent years trying to do this in an intellectual way, trying to write my way out of my psychic prison. I do think I had some moderate success with this At the same time... 10 days of deep breathing is making some changes to me than 10 years of journaling barely managed to

You don’t have to “learn” how to sing or dance. You have to unlearn the internalized psycho-fascist conditioning you’ve inherited that keeps you drab, sterile, orderly

The way most people think about music and dance is all wrong. We are always singing, we are always dancing.

The media industry is incentivized to do the psychological equivalent of finding the worst toilet in your city, scraping the inside, & then delivering it on a platter to you and everyone you know. If that sounds disgusting, I’m sorry: reality is actually worse than the analogy

Dare to aspire to artistry. Experiment boldly with your utterances. Bare your soul to the artistry of others. Be playful with the utterances of other artists. Make reality magic again.

Every utterance is ensconced in infinite gamespace. Most people parse most utterances in stale, predictable ways. Artists are magicians who create fresh, fun, exciting games with their utterances. Imagination deficits limit the magic that reality is aching to birth.

The concept of "illegal" is itself a made up rule to control poor people. Truly rich people are above the law; they effectively own the people who write and enforce the laws. Rich people only really "get in trouble with the law" when they get sloppy or threaten other rich people
