This is a weird promo: Given to attendees of the Sega New Challenge Conference where details of the Dreamcast were revealed. It's a ticket to the one year anniversary party for the Dreamcast and grants the holder a gift card worth whatever a share of Sega is at that time
A rectangular certificate sandwiched in between two pieces of acrylic with gold studs in the corners to hold it together. Certificate has "1 ONE" in the upper right corners. Middle reads "Sega Enterprises, LTD" In the middle is a design made from geometric shapes with a picture of Shoichiro Irimajiri in the center and a Dreamcast logo at the bottom. Lower right it reads "Certificate of Dreamcast" Name of Dream Company: Dreamcast. Date of Incorporation: May 21, 1998. Signature of President (followed by Irimajiri-san's signature). Embossed on the acrylic is "SEGA New Challenge Conference May 21, 1998".

~Random article of the day~ The House of the Dead, Saturn A brilliant light gun game that's got more depth than it's often given credit for, but admittedly not enough for it to deserve a more prominent place in the zombie shooter genre canon:

Allow me to gush about Fantavision 202X for a minute. Its a modest release, but one that gets what kinds of games currently work very well in VR. It finds success in working with its limitations instead of trying to push it too hard.

My PSVR2 review: I was initially put off by how incremental its upgrades felt — but after a couple days — I’m blown away by how easy it is to drink beer while wearing it and not needing to reset the positioning every 8 seconds. Plus playing Rez with my eyeballs is just plain rad.

PSA for Dreamcast fans: We’re all old as shit now so please stretch before bending down to turn on the console. Also, it was never called Dreamcast. It’s always been called Creamcast. Our aging memories are failing us.
