@RepMcGovern?#HR5 blatantly disregards lawful conscience protections for people who object to participating in abortion. My amendment would've protected them from being charged w/ discrimination for their beliefs.Show this thread
Nobody should be forced to perform, refer, pay for, or otherwise participate in an abortion. Such a law would violate the religious freedom of #prolife health care providers that honor the sanctity and dignity of human life and from the moment of conception.
