“Carve out ways for discrimination to continue,” @RepMcGovern? #HR5 blatantly disregards lawful conscience protections for people who object to participating in abortion. My amendment would've protected them from being charged w/ discrimination for their beliefs.

#HR5 undermines the longstanding, bipartisan Hyde Amendment that prohibits taxpayer funding for abortions. PlannedParenthood could profit even more with taxpayer
