i appreciate the open mind, room to resolve the volume on my approach, grow, ultimately succeed and then lead. i can’t get to be 100% in real-time without passing thru 99%. but we’ll hit 100% for sure...

I think Virgil deserves a lot of credit. I think he deserves to be uplifted in our community. I also think he can be held accountable. I think there is room for critique. And there is space for all of that to exist at once.
