the real epidemic is people who think university & CS education is useless just because they can build react apps

The scarcest human resource is full-hearted commitment.
What could you accomplish if you committed headfirst, w/no exit strategy, into a critical mission for the next 10 years?
The answer is exponentially more than if you’re half-in-half-out.
Dreams die in the zone of “maybe”.

History is defined by top players pursuing good quests.
Today, we are in a crisis. Silicon Valley's best — our top operators, exited founders, and investors — are almost all on bad quests.

You can't "train" a model.
The model always exists.
It existed before you were born and it exists after your death.
You can only find the model.
"Training" is just your way of looking for the model's location in the infinite hypothesis space and binding its essence to silicon

A few months ago -- I built a product on top of GPT-3 that got 100,000+ users.
There's more to these models than what meets the eye.
I wrote a post covering 3 insights I had building w/ GPT-3 -- should help anyone building on top of LLMs.
Enjoy ✨

I'm no longer actively working on a bunch of projects, but think it'd be good if *someone* did. They're fun and have more potential!
