Have my 13 year old nephew to stay and I have just allowed him to have a small batch gin and Fever Tree tonic and watch The Omen. This is why I don't have kids...

Happy y'all! Whilst not explicitly a trans film, when I first saw it, Victor/Victoria initiated my awareness of trans issues & gender fluidity. The humour is archaic in places, but it is still a wonderful celebration of difference & authenticity

Watching is an emotional rollercoaster of tears of empathy and extreme garden envy.

Because of this discriminatory law, the bullying I experienced at school went unchallenged & the support I desperately needed as a young gay girl was not given. It was a damaging legacy which, in a small way, still reverberates in my adult life

First, build a log cabin in the garden. Second, take up yoga. I'm such a cliche. The good thing about though as that she doesn't make me feel ashamed for being a total clutz

This one woman show is simply outstanding. Bernadette Robinson's talent and vocal range is epic. Go see it if you get the chance. Plus going to is always a sensory experience

Just had a carpenter round. Asked me what I did. Should have lied and not revealed I work for . He was a Sun reader from Essex 😒 Cue 45 mins lecture on how capital punishment should be bought back and the Kray Brothers were good blokes who only targeted their own kind

I have literally just made myself a cup of homemade bulletproof coffee to drink in my log cabin. Can I be any more of a pretentious tit? (tastes lovely though..)

I've facilitated learning with prison officers, barristers and QCs, police, aid workers, senior civil servants and prison inmates. Tonight will train me how to facilitate in schools - an audience that really will test my nerves 🤤

2/2 Is anyone interested? It only took half an hour and he's willing to come to you or do the interview over Skype (handy if you're not in London at the moment). It would be great to get the female perspective across. If you are interested, let me know I will give you his email.
