@TeamYouTube Why can videos be removed using your copyright removal system when there is zero breach of copyright within the videos in question?

I will say, even if it’s your own, gameplay has always been in a bit of a grey area legally where copyright strikes are concerned. What I am betting the strike is potentially being based on may be the perceived nature of the product talked about being sort of like a mod chip.

Yeah for sure. I understand they may not like the product in question here, but it's still a product which has received a global release. We are allowed to talk about it. Jailbreaking devices is legal within America and most countries around the world.

For sure. Really the switch’s solution is in a strange area because it’s part Mod chip/part Jailbreak like thing (mainly because of how it exploits). It might be beneficial for any future Switch home brew vids just to show off home brew gameplay or Apps, though avoid emulators.
