how will map be chosen when you are playing? random every time, or rotating throughout the day?

Maps will rotate every 15min. Just enough time to get two quick matches in per map or one long sudden death match. We’re looking to get feedback if 15min feels too short but we think it feels just right

Do we have to buy ammo in arenas?

Nope! Ammo comes into your inventory automatically after you buy guns. Upon killing an enemy, they’ll drop more ammo for you and your team. You should have plenty to wipe the squad
