Socialism prevented the spread of Communism in Europe. It is a safety net. Socialism and Capitalism can co-exist.

Yes, within Democratic Socialism. Capitalism, with a government that provides its citizens benefits based on taxation. There's no reason the uber wealthy and corporations should pay zero or less taxes than the (ever shrinking) middle class. We need to stop fighting over scraps.

Dem Soc rejects Marx & Lenin bc they're authoritarian, so I didn't watch the video. Bernie isn't advocating govt owned press, labor camps (but I HATE FJG), or one leader (they keep sep of powers). Think Norway, Australia, Sweden, France. NOT Russia or China or Venezuela.
