Most books treat both aspects. More subjective ones include Jay Griffiths' A Sideways Look at Time and Robert Levine's Geography of Time. They're sociology rather than psychology of philosophy though.

If by "most books treat both aspects" you mean something like "narrative as device to treat the human experience of the passage of time", then I couldn't possibly argue. What I'm looking for is more constrained, and I'm having trouble articulating with any precision.
