Prioritizing good habits: eat healthy/consciously, exercise regularly, sleep well, brush teeth before sleep, drink lots of water, keep surroundings clean.
Resetting to a state where I felt my activities helped me to operate at a more optimal level.

Long walks, doing physics problems that don't require me to read any literature beforehand, writing equations with "~" instead of "="

Clean up the bench, put everything back into their boxes, backup and archive all the related software, then take a piece of paper (or copy over simulation templates) and try to work out how the damn thing should actually work.
