Help how do I develop a normal sleep schedule

For certain temperaments fixing sleep is basically not possible till you’re old enough that your body physically rebels(35+). If you’re too young and healthy your body can handle/recover from poor sleep too easily, creating moral hazard for your mind to abuse it.

Basic sleep hygiene goes a long way: go to bed same time (+/- 15 min) everyday, don’t read, tv, or phone in bed, get sunlight early in AM, no eating/alcohol/exercise within 3 hours of bedtime. Meta-habits: avoid clickbait reading just before bed, journal runaway thoughts.
