Seems your scale yields a useful histogram of human activity then. It maps very interestingly to outcome space: Assuming people are stupid, and you do want a generally beneficial outcome for the world at large, is the best play light, vanilla or dark straussianism?

At the same time, at some kind of frontier between old and new, mass stupidity has to be the norm, since the new is not yet widely experienced.
